From a smoke free home! This is a beautiful original oil painting. The painting measures 24"x 36" and with the frame it measures 32" X 44". It's a landscape of mountains with a lake in the centre and there is a sailboat on the water. The frame is gorgeous and very contemporary. The frame is worth as much as I'm asking for the whole package. I can't tell you the artist is because the signature is behind the frame. The picture does not do this piece justice.
