Cartridge and stylus: premium Shure M75B with ORIGINAL Shure elliptical diamond stylus. Sharp needle, barely used.
M75/M91 carts are probably the best selling and best sounding cartridges ever made. They offer excellent sound quality and rendition of voice and music.
Word of caution: buy only genuine Shure stylus replacements, as they are ~70% of end sound. Some of them are no longer made and they cost 4-7 times as much, but the sound quality difference is huge. Those $20 chinese needles from ePrey belong to a wastehole, as they all sound hollow and lifeless.

Special semi-circular rubber insulators improve the overall vibration resistance of the turntable and prevent howling.
A handy hydraulic cueing device assures smooth lifting and lowering of the tone arm, protecting the record and the stylus from damage.
