Extremely different from JBL consumer level designs.
These are 4301BE Pro, XX-rare version, difficult to locate, active workshop displays, with power amps bypassed, efficiently making them passive 4301B, for usage with big professional power amps. They were actually hanged from the ceiling in a recording workshop. The power amps are still inside as well as you could reconnect them, if so preferred. For versatility factors I kept them the method I got them.
With that said active/passive point stated,.
they WORK As Well As SEEM AS EXCELLENT AS NEW.
No issues whatsoever, make loud/crystal clear audio.
New foam surrounds were set up in 2012, voice coils positioning done, closets refinished with lacquer surface, for special appearances.
Banana connects adapters will be included, as envisioned.
JBL rated these speakers to create 10 Watts result CONTINUOUS, with near no distortion.
To compare, regular listening closely degree is 1W outcome with any type of amp/any speakers.
Each JBL lab specifications, 4301B could produce 98dB at 1m properly, without distortion.

Note: they use Mylar caps, like JBL 4311.
I could reconstruct X-overs with Dayton/Solen capacitors if so wanted, exact same means Kenrick Sound does, for $220 additional.
