1970 30' C&C for slae in Orleans, Ontario for sale

This 30 foot sloop-rigged C&C sails remarkably well, has been well cared for is, in very good condition and priced to sell. The forestay needs to be replaced, however everything else on this boat works well. We have enjoyed her immensely, but unfortunately don't have much time these days to fully appreciate her.
Currently located in Gatineau, QC. Included with the sale:
