Synthetic oil used it's whole life, no sludge issues.
Timing belt and maintenance performed at VW intervals.
Serviced at VW dealers and Bytek VW until I got the car.
COMPLETE vehicle history on paper.
Purchased new by last owners, built in Germany.
Lots of options.
1 set of Michelin All Season tires on VW aluminum rims.
1 set of Michelin X-ice tires on steel rims, VW hubcaps.
Nose cone bra included.
60/40 fold flat rear seating.
Front windshield has Aquapel treatment.
Entire interior was steam cleaned before car was parked.
Excuse the bird dropping in the picture, that was removed the day the photo was taken, this past summer.
Car has been buffed and waxed multiple times since acquisition.
Items I can see it needing:
Accessory belts
Turn signal switch (suspected for clicking sound at hazard switch, does not affect signal operations whatsoever!). Recall for hazard switch did not cure it for previous owners but turn signal switch did.
Headlamp polish, which I will have done if the asking price is met.
I have not driven the car this winter. 3rd car in the fleet.
Underside of the car is rust free, absolutely no worries about brake line and fuel line conditions.
No check engine lights.
Replaced the valve cover gasket last winter, and one axle boot last summer (VW axle retained).
Very comfortable to drive.
Text messages are fine.
