$850 OBO New Price Aug. 2014
This set has been in the family since the 1960/70's.
4 chairs without arms
1 master chair with arms, that matches the 4
1 other arm chair with cushion that was a later addition, not matching
China cabinet has a glass door with decorative wood overlay covering the glass portion.
China cabinet has only ever been used to hold ornamental china.
Hutch has a glass top that has been sitting on this piece since before I was born (I am 35 now). The top may need a minor refinish due to the tabs that were used as spacers, and some other minor blemishes on the surface. Nothing structural in this regard, purely and lightly cosmetic - a DIY'er or restorer shouldn't have any trouble working with it.
Dining room table shows some minor surface gloss change where a table cloth must have had the doiley side facing the surface. This left some imprinting, as well as the usual wear marks that most deem as patina. I'm not a professional appraiser, so just a layman's comment.
Also, there are two leaf's included, 1 matches, 1 does not. You can may be able to fit both in at one time, or use the larger of the two, if the shorter one does not get the desired length.
Table had multiple table cloths over top since the time is was purchased and never let to sit in direct sunlight that I know of. That includes all the years it was in my possession.
All chairs currently have felt pads on the base, there may be metal tabs that were removed and are still with the set.
Roller feet included for Hutch/China cabinet.
Chairs have some play, may require re-gluing, normal wear.
4 nuts required to hold table top to base, cannot find!!
They were square style from memory.
