Looking for Roommate! :) in Orleans, Ontario

Hi!
We are super friendly, clean, working professionals (all in our 20s) living in a beautiful, spacious, newly renovated townhouse in Chapel Hill, Orleans. Gas fireplace, air conditioning, private street, tons of visitors parking, walking trails, huge park, soccer field and baseball field across the road, and it is a quiet area. Close to all amenities - only a 2-minute drive to various grocery stores, Walmart, restaurants, shops, etc! Currently we are two females and two males; however, one of our roommates will be moving out within the next month and are hoping to fill the space by mid/end of July.
The room itself is $600 all-inclusive. This includes: tv, internet, hydro, laundry, usage of the rest of the house as well, etc. There is a large family room and basement entertainment area as well as a furnace/storage room. The ideal roommate would be respectable, considerate and fun!
