We have a 10'x12' room for rent in a 3yr old townhome. Room has wood floor, Queen bed (can be removed), 1 night table (available March 1). We are 2 nice, easy going girls living together and looking for a clean, responsible person with a steady day job. Smoking is not tolerated. No pets allowed but must be ok with friendly cat. Parking available on the street and we can accomodate when the city puts signs to pick up snow. We are situated on Trailsedge way near Page/ Navan rd. Here are some more information:
- close to parks and outdoor hockey rink
- about 10-15min from hwy 17 and 417 by Innes rd
- oc transpo line: 34-231(green), 134-94(black), 612-622-641(red)
- about 30min walk to innes/ page or 5min drive
- 5min drive to innes/ tenth line
- super capacity washer/ dryer in basement
- own space in cupboard for food
- share the fridge with other roomate
- some storage (depending)
- close to all ameneties on Innes from Orleans to Trim
- access to the BBQ in the backyard
- share the upstairs washroom with the other roomate
- access to kitchen, living room and basement
- all inclusive: water, heat, hydro, cable, web
