Brown microfiber love seat.
This couch is priced to sell.
Full disclosure: there is a spot where my cat dug in her claw (see photo). At the same area, there is a water stain. (Also in picture) My cat liked to rub her paws on the edge of the arm, so the trim is a bit dark. (See other picture)
For these reasons, the price is so low. Will not negotiate on price.
Must be able to pick up. My husband can help you load it up.
Dimensions of the couch are 61.5" x 37"
Ottoman is 30 x 22"
